Terms of Service

These terms are between APZOR (Pty) Ltd (trading as APZ) and the tenant that registers on APZHub. Organisations and users under that tenant are bound through the tenant. We sell access to APZ software products: APZ One, APZ QEP, APZ Pen, APZ Chain, and Hub commercial services. We do not sell third-party engine brands. Engines are our infrastructure. Join after company registration is invitation-only. The tenant is responsible for who it invites and for multi-factor authentication being used. List prices are in United States dollars. You are charged in the currency for your billing country through PayFast. South African billing addresses: prices exclusive of 15% VAT. Other countries: VAT or sales tax as configured for that country. Pen and Chain use must stay inside the customer’s written authorisation. We may suspend for acceptable-use breach. Customer data remains the customer’s. We process it to provide the service. See Privacy and the DPA. We do not claim silent 100% uptime. Liability: no indirect loss; cap at fees paid in the previous 12 months, except for fraud, death or personal injury, or non-excludable statute. Law: Republic of South Africa. Courts of Gauteng unless a later addendum names another seat. Material term changes: 30 days’ notice on Hub. Continued use after that date is acceptance unless the tenant cancels.
